I am a trained business and personal coach based in Surrey, in the UK.
I coach clients from all walks of life and from all around the world. My clients include CEOs, mums running their own businesses, authors, journalists and TV presenters, landscape designers and retirees, new parents and families.
Clients come to me when they want to improve the quality of their lives. That can mean changing career, starting their own business, becoming a better boss or enjoying their jobs more. It can also mean developing a strategy for achieving their professional and personal goals, fulfilling personal ambitions and dreams.
I specialise in coaching people who are ready to make a big change in their life or who are about to take on a major life challenge. I like to tell my clients that the unknown is a doorway not a cliff. In other words, the reality of change is a lot less scary than our imaginations may have us believe.
I have been extremely fortunate to have had excellent mentor coaches, Belinda Merry from MerryMentality and Jerry Wistrom from AllOutCoaching to name but two. Working with a coach gets you where you want to go much quicker than doing it on your own. I believe everyone should have a coach.
My background is TV and journalism. I’m a former business producer for the BBC and CNN, producing the business news on BBC1’s Breakfast programme for seven years and CNN’s Business International and Asian Business News. Prior to that I was the editor of several lifestyle magazines in Hong Kong and a features writer for the South China Morning Post.
